6. Jar Security Deposit

Deposit refunds are subject to:

* Return of original jar
* Jar condition being acceptable
* No major physical damage

Damaged or lost jars may lead to deduction or forfeiture of deposit.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and consumable nature of water products, opened products are non-returnable.

Refunds may be provided only in cases such as:

* Wrong product delivered
* Damaged sealed product
* Duplicate payment

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days.
